Chapter 15
“Um, I… My Prince, this maid hurt herself, so I wanted to help her with first aid since everybody is asleep,” he lied, standing in front of me so as to block my face.
Questions spilled into my mind immediately as I struggled to get past him. But he wedged my body to the wall with his weight.
How was I to defend myself when I couldn’t even speak?
What on earth made me even think the prince would believe me over his own enforcer.
So I just stopped struggling and just laid there in the dark while they began having a conversation about the party that was going to happen tomorrow.
“How are the preparations going?”
“Amazing my Prince, everything is set up just as the King commanded. No one is going to ask for your brother; it’s going to be as though he went on leave,” the enforcer, whose name I refused to acknowledge, replied.
I could feel how tense he was and that made me realize he was actually scared of being caught.
If only the lights were on.
“He asked you to do that?” The Prince asked him.
And that was when I realized he was the one that actually drained me.
I couldn’t help the sob of hopelessness that escaped me.
“Oh shit, I should get her those medicines, she really worked better than everyone else,” the enforcer said, trying to excuse himself.
“Hmm, go ahead. She reminds me of a werewolf we got by beating her mate in a poker game,” the Prince chuckled, as though someone wasn’t supposedly bleeding out on his floor. “We brought her back and she’s the best maid we’ve had in here. Unfortunately, she pissed me off, and I drained her to death. I kind of regret that, though, I can’t even explain why; I’ve never felt that emotion before,” he finished, and I could tell he was frowning from the tone of his voice.
It occurred to me that he’d thought I’d died and wasn’t even that affected. But then, they kill people every other day so what’s so special about me anyway?
“You shouldn’t feel that way at all. You can just go back and get yourself another one. Wolf slaves won’t be such a bad idea. Maybe you can take this war up a notch when you become king,” The enforcer said.
‘I thought they were twins’ I thought to myself after hearing his words.
“Ill think about it. I’ll leave you to it,” he said and I heard his footsteps slowly walk away.
My entire body was shaking now, both from fear and pain.
“You stupid bitch!” The enforcer hit my head angrily. “You’re lucky he didn’t figure it out, or I would have found a way to not just fuck you, but I’ll kill you afterward!” He snapped at me, his menacing look scaring me.
He pushed his door open and dragged me inside the dark-themed room.
Just like his soul, if he had any.
Then he securely locked the door and walked into the inner room.

I was crumpled on the floor by the side while he took off his clothes.

Chapter 15
“Don’t worry, since the Prince thinks you’re dead,” he said as he walked back to the living room, “you’re gonna be my personal space from now on. Maybe you’ll show me what you did to make the great Prince Lucien feel something in his dark soul,” he said, looking at me with a cruel smirk.
He took off all his clothes, save for his white briefs which revealed a small hard dick. I knew it was considerably small because Julian always made me bleed
with his.
I looked at him as he drank water from the fridge and turned on the TV, increasing the volume as well as the speed rate of my heartbeat.
I should have gotten ready for this by now but I was still slipping into moments of panic attacks with nobody being there to bring me out of it.
