Milena sat in her rented apartment, staring at the now–dark computer screen. The livestream was over, and it wouldn’t take long for her location to be exposed.
However, she didn’t care. She hadn’t planned on living much longer anyway. Ever since her parents died, and she was kicked out of the villa and left on the street like a stray dog, the only thing keeping her going was the hope of getting revenge on Trevor.
Now, she’d finally gotten her chance, and she’d made it count.
Milena grabbed the rat poison she’d stashed away and took it all in one go. She thought, ‘Mom, Dad, if I had another chance, I swear I’d never fall for that bastard Trevor again.
She had calculated everything, and even her death was part of the plan.
After her call with Milena, Aubree figured Milena would air all the dirty laundry, even expose how Trevor had pressured her to cause Sophia’s miscarriage. However, Aubree never expected Milena’s ultimate trump card to be her own death.
