complained, “She sainer and
kept whining about the weirdo she had just encountered. With a pratimer

Juelz didn’t believe Aimee was at fault at all. Gently patting her head, he reassured her, “Don’t worry. I’ll find that person
and ensure you get your revenge.”

Juelz chuckled, “You’ve grown up now, yet you still behave like a spoiled child.”
“I will always be a spoiled child in front of you.” Aimee chuckled.

Aimee, new to her family’s pharmaceutical company, found the medical conference exciting but overwhelming. She was captivated by the atmosphere but tired of Juelz’s boring small talk, so she made an excuse and sneaked away.
Juelz realized that Aimee wasn’t enjoying herself, so he chose not to press her. Instead, he gently reminded her, “Please stay close and avoid any arguments, okay?”
“Juelz, who would be foolish enough to challenge me? I’m Miss Castillo, remember?”
“Alright, no one would dare to bother you. But if anything comes up, call me, okay?”
Aimee absentmindedly brushed him off and quickly darted away. She wandered around the hall, curiously glancing around. In a corner, she finally spotted the person she had been looking for. Aimee smirked, “What a coincidence to see you here. Just wait and see how I’ll teach you a lesson.”
Aimee walked over and pushed Skylar from behind. Skylar had already heard the sharp sound of high heels approaching her. With a quick turn, she evaded the hand reaching for her back.
Aimee shoved so forcefully that she nearly lost her balance and almost fell flat on her face. She turned around quickly and saw Skylar gripping her shoulder. Aimee snapped, “Get your filthy hands off me!”
Skylar let go of her grip. Struggling, Aimee fell to the ground with an awkward thud.
After quickly checking to ensure no one was watching, she scrambled up from the floor and glared at Skylar. “You did that

Skylar shrugged innocently. “Hey, you told me to let go–don’t start blaming me now.”
“Enough of this nonsense!” Aimee snapped as she straightened her wrinkled dress. “You’re done–I’ll make you pay dearly

was about to strike Skylar’s face, her wrist was caught in mid–air. “Resorting to violence at an event like this? Miss Castilts did you leave your manners at home, or have you already thrown them away?”
Aimee struggled and shouted, “Let go of me, you witch! You’re hurting my hand!” Aimee continued to fight wildly, even trying to hit her with her other hand, only for Skylar to catch it effortlessly. “There’s no need to waste your breath. You’ve already tried to hit me–how did that turn out for you?”
Aimee realized she couldn’t afford to provoke Skylar any further. With her gaze lowered, she feigned meek compliance and implored, “I’m sorry, I know I made a mistake. Please let me go–it hurts!”
Skylar released her grip, and Aimeei quickly adjusted her skirt before sprinting away. Skylar watched her retreating form and shook her head.
Aimee ran back to her brother, ignoring what he was doing, and started crying dramatically. “Juelz, I just saw the person who humiliated me!” She made a sad face and complained, “Look, she hurt me this time! If I hadn’t been quick–witted, you might not have seen me at all.” She showed him her red wrist. “Just look!”
Juelz grasped her wrist, his voice strained with anger. “She dared to lay a hand on you? Where is she now?”
