Blake quickly reviewed the investigation report and grasped the general situation of the Stone family.
The Stone family was nouveau riche, running a real estate company. They had two children, a son named Zachary and a daughter named Elianna, w was the one switched at birth with Skylar.
In order to cultivate a suitable heir, the Stone family had sent Zachary abroad years ago, so there wasn’t much information about him.
David was notorious for his unscrupulous methods and had made many enemies, though he treated his children fairly well.
In the past, before they found out their biological daughter was someone else, the Stone family had treated Skylar with great affection.
But once they discovered the truth and recovered Elianna, everything changed. They no longer cared about the years they had raised Skylar, hastily declared the identity swap, and tried to kick her out of the family.

After reading the report, Blake was furious. “The Stone family dared to treat my sister like that?”
Yale, trembling slightly, lowered his head. “Please calm down, Mr. Lambert.”
Blake sneered. “Get someone to subtly leak the fact that Elianna was the real culprit to the victim
He tapped the report on the desk. “Let’s do one more good deed. Give them some help, make it easier for them to investigate and find the truth.”
Yale nodded. “Understood.”
Blake loosened his tie and ordered coldly, “Keep digging deeper into the Stone family.”
A family that rotten must have more skeletons in the closet. There had to be more dirt yet to surface.
“Focus especially on their company,” he added. If anything illegal was uncovered, he’d bring the Stone family’s business empire to ruin.
Blake added, “And investigate Elianna thoroughly.”
Yale accepted the order and left to mobilize people for the task.
He eventually found a witness who had seen the entire hit–and–run five years ago. Back then, this person had been threatened by the Stone family and paid off handsomely to stay quiet.
He’d gone into hiding, initially planning to flee the country, but got greedy and tried gambling to multiply his hush money.

Now, he lived quietly in his hometown, playing cards and drinking daily, content with his routine.
