My daughter was bullied? I reveal
my identity as the richest man
This afternoon, I got a call from my daughter
Maddie’s kindergarten teacher, saying that
some twins were bullying her.
I rushed to the kindergarten and found
Maddie’s pink dress smeared with red paint,
and a few faint red marks on her arms.
She saw me and burst into tears, “Mommy,
they wanted me to play icky games, and when
I said no, they threw paint at me.”
I went to the principal to demand justice, but
she lowered her voice and warned me, “Those
twins are the sons of the richest family in
town! Maddie’s mom, you can’t afford to
mess with them! Take your kid and run!”
く
My hand froze, about to dial a number that
could unleash hell with money.
Wait a minute… Wasn’t I the richest person in
town?
I was about to call my husband, who was
away on a business trip, and tell him to get
his ass here ASAP.
But then the twins ran to him, yelling, “Daddy!
You’re here! Punish this mean woman!”
- 1.
“Those twins are the sons of the wealthiest
family! Maddie’s mom, you can’t afford to
mess with them! You should take Maddie and
run as far away as possible!”
く
I almost laughed.
Someone claiming to be the richest?
When did the richest family in town change?
I may have retreated into the shadows with
my fortune after my parents passed away, but
that didn’t mean I was dead!
Looking down at my daughter, trembling in
my arms, my heart ached.
“Principal, I think you’re mistaken.”
I gently patted my daughter’s back, my voice dangerously calm. “The richest family in town
isn’t named Gallagher.”
The principal looked taken aback, then gave
<
me a pitying look.
“Maddie’s mom, you may not know the
situation. Brianna Gallagher is now the most
influential person in town, and her husband
even invested in this kindergarten. You can’t
afford to cross her!”
“Anyway, I advise you to transfer Maddie to
another school; it’s better for everyone
involved.”
I kissed the top of my daughter’s head.
“Maddie, tell Mommy, why did those kids bully
you?”
My daughter sniffled, “Ethan and Owen
wanted to see what color panties I was
wearing, and when I wouldn’t show them, they
said they would punish me.”
Three years old, and being bullied for this
reason?
And the principal wanted me to let it go?
“I want to see their guardian.”
I looked the principal directly in the eye.
“Now. Immediately.”
The principal tried to refuse, but I’d already
taken out my phone and dialed a number.
“Laura, check the investor list for Golden
Gate Kindergarten. I want to see detailed
information on all shareholders in five
minutes.”
After hanging up, the principal’s face
changed.
