But, for me to stay friends with them, prince Kayden had to prise me that he wouldn’t hurt prince fayden’s feelings by chiling him a baby again. It wasn’t nice, I didn’t like it when Re and Jacob called me a hairy, so I’m sure prince Jayden
idn’t like being called a baby either. Plus, he was not a baby; they were both so big and tall, me, Jacob and Rex looked like ants in front of them when they weren’t crouching down to our level. I looked at prince Kayden expectantly, waiting for him to promise me, but he just looked back at me with his eyellow raised. I crossed my arms over my chest and looked the other way.
“What’s wrong little one? I said I wouldn’t do it again; why are you still upset? Asked prince Kayden.
“You didn’t promise me; how do I know you won’t do it again if you don’t promise me,” I said, looking at him sternly.
They both chuckled..
“Okay, little one, I promise not to call him a baby anymore. Are you happy now?” He said.
I immediately smiled and nodded my head in excitement, making both of them laugh and stand back up to their giant heights; then something hit and I narrowed my eyes at them again and huffed out.
“What’s wrong now, little one?” Said prince Jayden this time.
“You can’t call me little either; I’m nine years old and the top of my class and in warrior class as well, so it doesn’t make me little at all,” I said, huffing.
“But you are
little. Said prince Kayden as he smiled at me, and prince Jayden laughed.
I huffed out! Making sure I didn’t cry. I was getting sad with everyone either calling me a baby or little. I was a big girl.
“No, I am not, and if you don’t stop calling me that, I won’t be friends with you,” I said, with my arms.

“Alright, fine, but what are we supposed to call you then.” Said prince Kayden as he crouched down to my level again.
*Kiara or Kiki because your my friends,” I said, beaming now that they agreed.
They both chuckled again and nodded their heads.
“Now tell us, kiki, why were you alone in the e middle of the forest.” Asked prince Jayden.
I heard Rex and Jacob suck in a breath from behind me. Why were they acting so scared of the princes? They were so nice, but I guess they were the princes, so that means they could be really mean if they wanted to, I should be careful too. Even though I came here because Rex and I dared me to, and I agreed because they would stop calling me a baby. I didn’t want to tell the princes that; what if they grounded Rex and not let see the king’s car collection, he would be so sad then, and Thated seeing my best friend sad.
“Um, we were playing hide and seek, and I got lost,” I said, biting my lip and looking anywhere but the twins. I was terrible at lying, and I hated lying. I only did it when I really needed to, but it was an emergency right now. What if Rex and I got in trouble because of me, Rex would not want to be my friend anymore, and I would be sad.
From the corner of my eye, I saw the princes open their mouths but suddenly close them when their eyes glazed over. Thank the goddess someone was mind linking them. After their yes cleared, they looked at all three of us.

“We have to get back to the palace. Come, we’ll lead you back. ald, prince Jayden
But Jay, I wanted to show Kiki and our backyard and my personal playground, Rex whined.
wanted to see his playground too! It must’ve been so big and cool.
“Later, Rex. Mom wants you back to get ready for the welcome nner tonight.” Said, prince Kayden.
We all slumped our shoulders but agreed and followed the princes out of the woods. I hope I get to see Rex’s playground before we leave. And then something hit, and I called out to the princes.
“Could you please give me a tour of the castle?” I asked.
Batting my eyelashes and pouting my lower lip out, it always worked on dad and my brothers. Hopefully, it’ll work on the princes as well. All of them laughed, even Rex and II, at my expressions, but I didn’t care at the moment.
“Sure, Kiki. We’ll give you one later tonight.” Said, prince Kayden.
I fist–bumped the air and skipped all the way back to the backyard, following the twins.
