After a while, my bodyguards arrived. Hannah stood before them, trying to act tough.
“Get Abigail first, then throw her out like a dog,”
The bodyguards standing behind her didn’t move, as if they hadn’t heard her command.
Hannah, confused, turned around and cursed at them fiercely.
“Idiot, make a move!”
I smiled, “Did you hear that? Go ahead, make a move!”
At that, one of my bodyguards raised his hand and slapped Hannah hard across the face, knocking her to the ground at my feet like a dog.
David was instantly stunned, running frantically to Hannah’s side, cursing the bodyguards loudly.
“What are you doing? How dare you hit your master, you think you can still live the good life with us?”
As soon as he finished speaking, I stepped off of Hannah’s hand and stood up. The pain made Hannah struggle, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t pull her hand back. David was about to throw a punch at me, but I slapped him hard in return.
“Enough playing. This act ends here.”
I withdrew my foot, elegantly adjusted my clothes, and said to Hannah, “You can go check if David is okay after I hit
him.”
“Pfft, stop acting like a show–off.”
“Since you won’t leave, I’ll have to call the police.”
I sneered, “Who says I’m not leaving? The Wright Group has always been my home. Why should Пleave? The one who should leave is you.”
“You’re full of crap. The Wright Group is mine now, I hold more shares than you.”
Upon hearing this, I immediately started laughing.
“Are you really going to take The Wright Group with just 25% of the shares? You want to be its owner? Ha, Hannah, where do you get the courage?”
At this, Hannah also started laughing. “Ha, who said I only have 25%? It’s actually 45%. Jack sold me his shares. Why would you think I only have 25%?”
“Why?” I raised my head and turned my gaze from Hannah to Jack, smiling meaningfully.

Jack calmly took a sip of tea, then set the cup down, looked up, and met my gaze, smiling gently.
Hannah followed my line of sight, turned her head to look at me, then glanced at Jack
“Abigail, you don’t seriously think Jack is going to take back the shares, do you?”
“You’re mistaken. Jack has already agreed to give me the shares. After all, I can offer him more benefits,” I said, crossing my arms and mockingly watching Hannah fall silent. I gave Jack a subtle look, signaling that it was time.
Jack stood up, straightened his suit, then turned his face cold and looked at Hannah.
“Who said I would give the shares to you?”
“A useless person who can only talk the talk, and you think you deserve it?”
Everyone was stunned by Jack’s words, unable to breathe or react, caught completely off guard by the sudden shift
in events.
Hannah and David were also left speechless by Jack’s sharp words.
Hannah, panicked, forced a laugh and asked Jack, “Jack, what’s wrong with you?”
Jack didn’t answer but instead walked over to stand in front of me. “Now, do you believe what I said?”
“These two dogs not only betrayed you but also planned to team up and take everything you’ve worked for.”
After saying this, Jack threw a stack of photos on the table.
The photos were all of David and Hannah in compromising situations, with timestamps showing that they had been involved for a long time, even before all this.
There was also a recorder that Jack turned on.
“David, do you love me?”
“I do.”
“Then help me. When Abigail gives the shares as a gift to our child, will you give me your shares of the company
too?”
“Ah! What are you planning to do?”
“Hmph, of course, to take over the company. I want The Wright Group to be mine. I’ll secretly bribe other shareholders, wait for the right moment, and then catch Abigail off guard.”
“Okay, I’ll help you. I don’t love Abigail anymore, I only love you.”
Next, there were the sounds of the two of them breathing heavily.
After hearing this, Hannah seemed to realize something. She suddenly lifted her head to look at Jack and me.

“I’ve always been Abigail’s loyal ally. What kind of feelings we have between us, you can’t just buy off. What a joke.”
“Long ago, I found out that your hands weren’t clean, so I followed the trail. I egen discovered that you secretly seduced Abigail’s fiancé when she wasn’t home. When I showed Abigail the evidence, she was devastated, unable to accept your betrayal. I had to help her come up with a plan, to fake an illness while I acted as a traitor, drawing you all out to destroy you.”
This time, Hannah couldn’t laugh anymore. She nearly collapsed on the floor.
She never imagined that she had always been someone else’s pawn, and that she had been foolishly provoking me.
