Chapter 151
We all stand out the front of my childhood home while Nico packs the few bags Mason and I had packed into the back of his car.
Atom holds me tight, “call me anytime, all the time, okay?”
“I will Mamma, I will.”
“And if you want to come home, just come home, okay?”
“I’ll be okay, Mom, I’ve got two great guys looking out for me.” I give her a warm smile and move on to giving my dads a hug and a kiss.
“I still don’t like this, Princess, but…I want you to be happy.” My Dad swipes away a lone tear and kisses my forehead. My other two Dads circle in on us and we all stand for a moment just holding each other. When they finally let me go I move to stand in front of my brothers. Kaiden shoos me
away.
“Nope, none of that mushy shit here, you’re not dying, and we’ll see you all the time, even if we
have to come to you.”
Hunter gives my arm a quick touch, “you’ll never get rid of us.”
And just like that, I’m finally leaving home. To say I’m nervous is an understatement, but there’s also an underlying hint of excitement. My future is mine. I’ll still be able to come home as I please and all of my schooling will be done online, on top of that, I’ve just successfully made the alliance between two of the most powerful families, and I’ll have not one, but two guys to love and be loved
- by.
“Ready to go?” Nico comes to stand in front of me with his hand outstretched.
“Ready as I’ll ever be.” He gives me a warm smile and then holds out his other hand to Mason. He only hesitates for a second before taking it and we make our way to the car. The three of us pile into the backseat and we’re on the road with me looking back at the family I’m leaving behind.
Nico’s swanky mansion comes into view, and I catch him looking over me at Mason’s reaction.
“Jesus Christ.” He mutters out.
“I’ll give you a full tour tomorrow, cucciolo. Tonight, we’ll just relax.”
We make our way through the mansion and I greet the staff that I remember. Some seeming shocked I would remember their names, but my mother had raised me right, to remember every name and use each with respect for what they do for us. Loyalty and respect go hand in hand.

Chapter 131
This will be our room. It’s still under renovation so we’ll stay in a guest room for now. I’ve had to make a few changes to accommodate for Mason as well.”
Nico shows us around the room that will be ours. A massive bed lays in the middle of the room, it’s not as big as my parents but it’s definitely huge, with a silk black comforter and a million pillows. At the end of the bed lays half a million bags.
“All of your stuff, my queen is already in your closet over there. These here are for my cucciolo.”
“You bought all these for me?” Mason peeks inside some of the bags containing some very nice- looking designer clothes.
“Of course. Nothing but the best for you. I want you to feel comfortable and cared for.”
“Wow…I…uh…I don’t know what to say.” He stands in shock and awe staring at Nico. I give him a
little nudge with my arm and a wicked grin.
“I think actions speak louder than words, baby.”
He blushes and sheepishly steps forward and places a chaste kiss on Nico’s cheek.
“You can do better than that, baby.” I say in a sultry command.
“Let me help you, cucciolo.” Nico purrs out, running his fingers into Mason’s hair and pulling him forward. He captures his mouth, tilting his head for better access and I see the way Masons stiffens and then melts completely. His own hands grab onto the front of Nico’s suit, and he moans softly as their tongue collide with fever. When they pull apart, I’m practically dripping with arousal.
“Would you like to say thank you too, my queen?” Nico’s eyes laser into mine and I step forward with confidence. Once I’ve successfully conveyed my gratitude the air is thick with arousal, along with other things appearing very thick. Nico finishes showing us the custom bathroom, built out
with black marble, a massive, jetted bath and a three–headed shower with a decent sauna on the
side. The toilet is separated for privacy and one there’s even the most perfect nook surrounded by windows with a makeup vanity for me to get ready with.
“This really is beautiful Nico.”
“I’m glad you like it. It should be finished within the week. How’re you feeling, amore? Do you need me to get Pam to check on you at all?”
“I’m okay, just a slight headache and I’m pretty tired.”
“Alright, lets get you ready for bed then.”

Chapter 151
It didn’t take long for Isla to fall asleep; she’s doing so well with her detox but it’s clearly still taking a toll on her. To say I’m proud would be an understatement. Mason and I lay on either side of her with the Tv playing quietly.
“Do you want a drink?” I ask, noting that he still seems slightly uncomfortable with being here, or maybe being with me. Something I need to correct.
“Yeah, alright.”
We get up quietly, making sure not to wake Isla and he follows me out of the room and down to the first–floor bar. Most of the staff are already retired for the night with just the security outside still roaming around, so now would be the perfect time for me to get him comfortable with the idea of us, without the added pressure of prying eyes. I pour him a straight whisky and then one for myself. I’ve already looked into his background, everything that I could find on him, from what he’s studying at school, down to how his parents died and he moved into the Donatello’s and up in ranks, but I want
to hear it from him.
“Let’s play a game. Truth or drink. You ask me a question, and I can either tell the truth or drink then I’ll ask you.”
He shrugs, “Okay then. You first.”
I bring the bottle with me as I sit beside him on one of the club chairs I have set up in the corner of
the room.
“What were your parents like?”
