For the next few days, I didn’t contact Chase.
I was busy preparing to study abroad.
When he texted me, I gave him one–word
answers.
According to the comments, because I’d
called him stinky, he’d been even colder to
Bailey lately.
He was always keeping his distance from her.
Bailey had cried about it several times, and
Chase would always comfort her.
But then he’d go right back to avoiding her.
[What is wrong with the male lead? He used
to be so in love with her. He waited in the
snow for hours to buy her favorite roasted
Chestnuts. Now he thinks she stinks?]
It’s all that camn vixen’s fault. He’s even
dreaming about her now. Can the author
please just kill off the side character so my main couple can be together?]
[Well, at least he promised Bailey the plan for
the graduation party hasn’t changed. He
probably just feels guilty about the side chick.
Bailey is still the one he loves.]
I ignored the comments.
What Chase thought didn’t matter to me.
く
I was already bored of him.
I had my own life to live.
And he wasn’t in it.
