Scarlett and I were worn out.
We went to her apartment, which she’d
bought before getting married.
She asked, “Should we call those models?”
I said, “In a few days. I’m tired, and those
guys are loud.”
She nodded. “My eyes are swollen. I can’t see
those boys.”
We spent Owen’s money, and it was fun.
Actors make a lot of money!
A month later, we were in Africa, feeding
giraffes.
The lawyer called and said the divorce was
done.
The day was sunny.
We showed up to the courthouse covered
from head to toe.
They were dead.
Scarlett started the process.
When we got the divorce papers, she said,
“We’re free.”
We had a dinner at a restaurant.
She said, “You know? My first dinner was
with Owen.”
She was drunk.
She recommended me to that restaurant, so I
can see him.
She made him drunk.
That was the first time I saw Justin.
Scarlett screamed and showed me a message
from the lawyer.
“Your prenup gives you all the money.”
“Our combined money is more than the Hayes family fortune. You’re my sister!”
Justin texted me.
“I didn’t think about divorce when we got
married. I knew you were insecure. I wrote a
prenup that gave you 80% of my money. You didn’t even look at it. I thought you’d get
sold.”
I was nervous and said nothing.
