I was spending another day in bed, the weather was great to stay in bed and not do anything, Uncle Damian has finally agreed to leave me be, so I was enjoying my extra time in bed since I don’t have to get up. I think I managed to fall asleep for a bit, somehow, I keep on sleeping these days, I can hardly stay awake and sleeping seems like such a better plan.
“Flower,” I heard a familiar voice says, but it wasn’t my uncle’s voice, there’s only two people in this world that call me flower, it’s My uncle Damian, and his brother, my stepfather Levent.
I turned to him quickly, he’s here? I thought wolves keep on mourning for months before he comes back, but he’s here, isn’t that weird? He shouldn’t be back, did something happen to him?
“Why are you here?” I ask him quickly.
“This is my home too,” he answers me, pointing to the area around him.
“I know, but I thought you were supposed to be mourning for months and not come back home, Uncle Damian even said that you’ll be depressed for months and won’t come back in,” I say honestly, telling him the information that was given to me.
“Usually, yes, but I came back,” he says.
“Why?” I asked him, why is he back?
“For you, Flower, you’re all that’s left from her, and I can’t let you die

“What are you here to do then? Take on raising me? Just a reminder, I’m almost seventeen, I don’t need you anymore,” I answer him.
“It’s not like that Flower,” he says shaking his head at me, he looked different; he had a longer beard, he looked thinner, and I could still tell he had a sad look his eyes, I knew because I had the same one in my eyes.
“Then what is it like?” I ask him, why is he here? He’s still haven’t told me why he’s back? Is he here to kick me out of this house?
“You can’t do this, stay hidden in your room, hide from everyone, skipping school,” he says.
“I don’t want to go to school anymore, I’m good staying in, and if you don’t want me in, I’ll move back to my old mother’s place,” I say trying to hold back my tears, I didn’t want to leave.
“You need to get back to school,” he says but I shook my head no, so he sat on the bed next to me, and opened his arms for me, I still looked at him confused.
“You need a hug and so do I, come on, bring it in,” he says, I sighed and agreed, going in for a hug, he held me tight, sniffing the top of my head.
“Wolf, don’t make it weird,” I scold him.
“I’m not, you smell like your mother,” he says hugging me tighter.
“Hug time is over,” I say pushing him off me, and sitting back he looked so sad, like he wanted another hug, but him sniffing me and pulling too hard was a no go for me.
“I’m back for you Flower, we can both go back to our school and job,”
