“I’ll let them know, they could join, but they can’t stay for over an hour top, how about that?” Alpha Richard says and we both nod agreeing with him.
“Do you have a swimsuit on you? I got some extras here I keep for some of the pack members,” Luna Whitney offers.
“I got one in my suitcase, Uncle Damian said I need to pack one,” I say.
“Uncle? cool,” Summer says with a shrug.
“Baby, I think you’re done eating, come on, let’s go to our house and I’d give you some foot massage,” her mate offers her, and she gets up, still eating, she took one last bite and then turned to the alpha, bowed her head a bit, waved at the Luna and left along with her mate.
After they finally left, it was just us, and then dessert was served it had all the berries that were left from our picking, we shared the dessert and some coffee, before going to our rooms for the night I jumped in the bed exhausted, today was very long.
“You’re tired?” Uncle asks me and I nod, exhausted, today was very long.
“You want to do our routine or just get to sleep?” he asks me.
“I’ll do the routine, when are we going to the lake?” I ask him.
“Right after breakfast, bright and early, we need to get there before the sun kills us,” he says.

“Yeah what’s up with that? The sun is ready to kill us and it’s not summer yet,” I say with a groan, when I tried to run away with his car, I almost died from a heat stroke.
“You being mated and away from your mate makes you more sensitive, and it could kill you. But for now the summer is always the worse between winter and summer,” he answers me.
“I’m gonna sleep,” I say flopping on the pillow, ready to sleep, he shifted into his wolf form and jumped on the bed next to me, I hugged him, I’m getting used to his wolf form and I like it, I like him and I like how soft he is. He did a low growl, one that’s his equivalent of goodnight. I matched him, doing the same low growl, he always chuckles at it, he thinks it’s cute, and I like copying him.
It didn’t take me but a few seconds to fall asleep, and then I woke up in a matter of minutes, I know they were full seven hours, but it felt like minutes when I had to wake up. I sleep walked to the bathroom, washed my face, brushed my teeth, and got dressed for the day, I had my swimming suit on and then a baggy Tshirt and shorts on top of them.
“I’m ready,” I say with a big yawn.
“I’m ready too, let’s go,” he says sounding very awake and excited, he had a bag all sorted with towels and extra clothes for the both of us.
We had breakfast first along with River and then we started the walk to the lake, he told me that people liked to walk around here, and I agreed if you’re surrounded by woods, and you know this whole place belongs to your pack and your family, it’s safe to walk around. Fifteen minutes later we made it to the lake, it was a beautiful scene of nature, it was ready for people to sit around, there was a spot with pinic tables, a bathroom and washing area was built in.
“It’s perfect,” I say looking around.

“Uncle Richard built all of those back when he first became alpha, he said the worst feeling ever is walking home with wet clothes and Luna Whitney hates peeing in the open,” Uncle says explaining things to me.
“Cool, so where are the people that want to meet me?” I ask him.

I smiled too, we got into just our swimwear and jumped into the freezing cold water, how is it so cold and the sun is going to be so hot so soon. I screamed and he swam quickly toward me, he held me tightly, worried that I might be hurt, but I just shivered in his arms and he understood all I needed was some warmth.
“You almost gave me a heart attack,” he says holding me tight, as I giggled and pushed him away quickly, I splashed him a couple times and kept on moving, the more I moved the more I felt warmth come back into my body and bones.
