“What?” I say confused.
“Where you going?” he asks me.
“Next class,” I answer him with a shrug.
“No, you’re coming with me, we need to talk,” he says.
“I can’t skip classes,” I say with a pout, it’s not about getting to class, it’s about being able to think.
“You can, now let’s go,” he says dragging me along with him, the cafeteria was empty since it wasn’t time for lunch, we took seats there.
“What do you wanna talk about?” I ask him.
“Everything, you look the same way you did back when you find out I was your mate, you look confused and scared, last time you did that, you stole my car and money before trying to run away and almost killed yourself,” he says, reminding me of the good old days.
“I’m not trying to run away,” I answer him, I didn’t plan on it anyway.
“Okay, then you gotta do plan B,” he says.
“And what’s that? Change my name and move to Poland?” I ask him.
“That’s your plan B?” he asks me and I nod, Poland has the smallest wolf population in all of Europe, so it’s my best bet.
“Okay, but I meant talking to me, telling me what you’re thinking about, what’s going on in your head?” he asks me.

“Nothing going in my head,” I lied, that was a big lie, I had a million thing in my head, confusion, fear, more confusion, and what the fuck
is a Luna.
“Liar, I can tell you’re thinking, so let’s unfold this, go ahead, ask me about the things that are in your mind,” he says in a confident voice, he even held my hand making me feel a lot more relaxed now.
“What the hell is a Luna?” I ask him.
“Your teacher tried to explain it, but I guess she’s more advanced since most of the students been with her since the begining of the year,” he starts and I nod, I felt like I was thrown in right in the middle trying to keep up.
“It feels like it,” I say out loud.
“So tell me what impression you got,” he says.
“Uhhh…Luna is like the female of an alpha?” I ask him confused just as much, saying it out loud.
“Close, Luna is what you call an alpha’s mate, it could be a female or male, so it’s not up to gender, just up to being the mate of one,” he
answers me.
“You mind if I write these down for later?” I ask him.
“Of course not, it’ll make your paper writing a lot easier,” he answers

“Okay, continue,” I say, scribbling down the answers he just gave me, he sounds a lot easier than google right.
“The Luna isn’t as powerful as an alpha, but she holds a lot of power, especially know that behind her stands a very angry alpha, so no one dares to mess with her,” he starts.

“Okay, noted, wolves are very angry,” I say with a giggle, writing everything down.
“We’re not that angry, but Luna has some power, she got some a role to play, she got responsibilities, not as bad as an alpha, but you know she got to do them still,” he says.
“What kind of responsibilities? Are we talking about like first lady responsibilities? Pick plates and set parties?” I ask him.
“Yeah, somewhat like that, she can pick everything in the pack house, she can throw parties, if some of the pack members feel too scared to talk to me, or don’t feel like talking to River, they might come to you, they’d ask you for favors, they’d ask for your help,” he says.
“I’m not that good of a wolf, I can’t help them with shit,” I object quickly.
“My aunt, my uncle on my mother’s side, mate, she used to tell me stories about members coming to ask her about their dresses, asking for help planning their birthdays, it’s never big problems, people look at the Luna for emotional help, for things they too embarrassed to ask themselves,” he says, so it’s nothing too bad, I could do those.
“Okay, I can do those, but give me a sec,” I say, still writing down everything he said, I’ll have to do some light googling still, but I’ll figure it out.
“You done writing?” he asks me, and I nod once I was done quoting his aunt.
“Yeah, what else?” I ask him, I felt a tiny bit excited now, the worry of becoming a Luna was starting to go down, since it’s going to be an easy job apparently.
“You ask, what do you have?” he asks me.
