Chapter 191 Anger Management.
Noelle POV
One Month Later.
I sat in the circle looking at the others, all of us were angry, all eight of us, each other us have our own story that had us ending up here, and the anger that we all share, it brought us here into this room with this teacher that’s trying to teach us the zeng of life and the need to take things slowly, maybe breath before attacking or killing someone.
During the whole month I have spent here, I refuse to talk, I refuse to participate, I prefer to just sit back and listen to them, some of the stories were funny, and others were disturbing, and seeing how others have acted and how they react to their anger, I’m a saint who’s just missing the halo on top of my head.
“Who would like to start today’s session by telling us a bit about their story,” the teacher says, she tries to get us to talk every time, I’ve heard the same story over and over again, but we are asked to tell out story every single time:
“Come on guys, someone have to start,” she says, trying to get someone to talk, but we all looked at each other and shrugged, one girl had a nail file on her and she was fixing her nails, I could see under her seat, she even had nail polish to be used next.
“What about you, Jessie?” the teacher asks her.
“You know my story, I want to have my nails ready for later, I got a

date tonight,” she says.
“A date? Where he taking you? The grand Cafeteria, how did he
manage to get a reservation?” Silas tease her, they are the two who like to talk the most.
“It’s she, and she’s making me some special meal,” Jessie says with a smile, she was happy, you’d never believe what she did or how she did it, she’s a hot wolf and very calm most time, until you mess with her, or poke her.
“That’s nice, Jessie,” Silas says, while Kyle, the one who never talks and is mute by choice just nods, agreeing with him.
“Go ahead, tell us, it’s a chance to talk more,” she says and Jessie groans, her anger is directly connected to dating and going out on dates before.
“I was seventeen, I was dating a human he was twenty three, and he swore we’re soul mates, that I’m his mate, I’m the one who’s he’s looking at, he even had a mate sign on his back,” she says, her story is kind of sad, just wait for it.
“I always knew that something was off, my wolf liked him but we didn’t love him, love him,” she says in a sad voice.
“Then what happened?” the teacher asks, pushing her forward.
“I’m the jealous kind, but he’s my mate, I have every right to be jealous, he’s supposed to just me mine, and real mates, they don’t hide things from you, or try to push you away while they’re having phone calls, she says, starting to get angry.
“I had a feeling something was up, so when I checked his phone, I saw

“What was the tattoo?” the teacher asks her.
“A mating triba

given by the goddess, his was given by an artist,” she says sadly, he broke her heart, the jerk.
“Where you angry then, Jessie?” the teacher asks her.
“Yes, but I had every right to be angry,” she says.
“Agreed, but you know what we should do when we’re angry?” she asks all of us and we had to chant the techniques she’s been teaching us, box breathing, naming feeling, displacement, five–second rule, journalism, spotlight method.
“Did you do any of those?” she asks Jessie.
“I did my own method, I put the phone away and pretended to be okay for the day,” Jessie says.
“Jessie, is that what we do?” she asks her.
“No, I see what colour I’m at, red I’m in danger stop and need to stop. Yellow is I got to think what got me angry, and once I’m calmed down, I’ll be back to green, I chose a response to what they did and not reaction,” Jessie says explaining her favourite color method.
“You’re not wild animals. You get a red light for a reason. Don’t drive through it,” the teacher says.

“If someone hurt my sister, I’ll drive through ten red lights.” I whisper. and I saw her looking at me, but she didn’t call me out.
“What did you do after that Jessic?” the teacher asks.
“I didn’t do anything major, after his tattoo appointment, I planned on facing him, but he headed to see another girl after me, I followed them to her home where I could see them kissing and fucking…and I’ve set the house on fire with them inside,” she mumbles the last part.
“Are you proud of what you did?” the teacher asks her.
“Not really, the girl didn’t deserve to be burned, but he did,” Jessie says, making everyone giggle.
“No, we don’t do that Jessie, we’ll step back, look at where we at, and then do a rational decision, like going to the police and letting the legal system work,” she says to Jessie and the rest of us just nod.
“Now who wanna share next? What about you, Noelle,” she asks me.
“What about Kyle, he’s been here longer than I did and I never heard his voice,” I say with a shrug, refusing to answer.
“You Noelle, why don’t you tell us about you, we’d like to hear,” the teacher says again, and I groaned, I hate this place.
To be continued.
