“I need you to open your mouth miss,” the nurse says an hour later after my sister has left, they’re going to do the DNA test, and we need to get the results before the trial starts tomorrow. Ronan Vile is a dangerous man and alpha, they want to sentence him as soon as possible before his pack get the chance to do anything crazy trying to get him released.
“You know they don’t like you,” I say, just to be bitter.
“I don’t like them back,” the nurse answers me, swabbing my mouth with a cotton stick.
“You know they prefer to stay in pain than go to you,” I say next, for no other reason than to let something out of me.
“Their lost, I’m only here temporarily,” he says.
“What’s next? Becoming a professional torturer?” I ask him with a smirk.
“No, medical school, I’m just saving up,” he says.
“Aren’t you a wolf, you can just take a loan,” I say with a shrug, loans for wolves are much easier than ones for humans.
“I am one, and I don’t want to spend the rest of my life paying loan, I got time, and this job pays well,” he says.

“You don’t have to be sorry, they don’t like me because they had a doctor before me, but she found her mate and moved with her. I could never fill up her role,” he says.
“Still sorry, for being rude,” I say, blushing slightly.
“You’re not the worst one I have met yet, I know you’re going through a lot,” he says, excusing my behavior.
“I wish you luck in med school, what are you majoring in?” I ask him curiously.
“Plastic surgery,” he says, making me giggle, I was expecting a neurosurgeon or something like that.
“What’s so funny?” he asks me, and I just shrug.
“Nothing,” I say trying to hold in my laugh.
“When would we get the result?” I ask him.
“You won’t, the judge will get them and announce them tomorrow,” he
says.
“Why so?” I whined, dropping the laughter and the whole smile.
“He’ll get the results directly so there won’t be any kind of cheating in the results,” he says and I groaned.
He left me alone in my room to think things through, if I’m his daughter, would I turn like him? Would I be able to turn it away, to be more like the man that raised me, the one who taught me how to deal

I don’t care what the judge is going to say tomorrow but I had every right to avenge my friend and stand up for myself. I hoped this Hydra person is good, or else I’m going to be defending myself, screw a law degree, this is wolf rules, and we all know we avenge ours.
The guys tried to have me eat, to have me sit with them, to try and act like everything is fine, but nothing was okay, nothing was fine, I was terrified of whom my real father is going to be, I’ll still stand by what I believe in but this will change so much.
Brooklyn yet again, came to the saving and brought me some fancy clothes to wear for the trial, she was dressed in her whole uniform, and I drove with her, the trial wasn’t in the same building but in a courthouse, an hour drive away.
“It’s gonna be okay, your family is there too,” Brooklyn assures me.
“Thank you for all your help,” I say with a sigh.
“I believe you’re innocent and you were attacked, it’s my job to be on your side,” Brooklyn says with a small smile on her face.
Brooklyn parked and escorted me in, I walked right next to her, there was so many reporters, photos of us were being taken and that confused the hell out of me, and as soon as we got to the privacy of the courtroom, I turned to her in confusion.
“Word is out, and people are curious,” she says and I just stay quiet waiting for the rest to join us.

Ronan was brought in, fully restricted, and moving hardly, we then waited for the judges to come in, we’re not like the humans we have at least four judges to have a verdict in wolf matters.
We all stood up, and waited for the trial to start, the prosecutor walked out, introduced himself, and introduced all of us.
“Alpha Ronan has declared war on the Snow pack, attacking them not once, but twice. During those attacks, the Snow pack has killed Coco a spy send by Ronan,and then they used a gun in a wolf fight, killing Ronan’s right hand,” he says, whose side was he on?
“But in return, Ronan’s last attack has caused three death in the snow pack, along with breaking every rule in the wolf law, starting war for no obvious reason,” he continues so maybe he’s on our side.
“Ronan claims Noelle, the one who shot the wolf with a snip rifle is his biological daughter, which gives him reason for the attack since that girl ran away before she was of age along with her older sister,” he says and I wanted to kill him.
“Defence team,” one of the judges calls us.
“Noelle, is a very patient girl, and a great friend, her own alpha said she has alpha traits, so when her best friend was killed by the hands of Smith the said right hand with no right to attack or kill him on his own grounds, she had every right for revenge, and every right to use whatever is in her power,” Hydra says and take his seat back.
“They stole Noelle from us, from her father, and we had every right to stand up and get the daughter who was abducted by the snow nack back. She needs to be with her father so he can teach her how to be the next alpha and learn our way,” someone who I guessed is Ronan’s defence, stands up and talk.

But all of those words were lies, I wasn’t kidnapped, I was there by my own will, this whole trial is weird,I thought it’s gonna be like the one in movies, but clearly not.
“The court will take a fifteen–minute break, when we’re back we’ll listen
shut up and to the witnesses,” one of the judges says making everyone
wait.
“What kind of trial is this,” I whisper to Brooklyn.
“A wolf military one, no time for bullshit talk, just facts,” she says with a sigh.
