Yes, that’s the best growl I can manage, and Uncle Damian says it’s a great growl, he doesn’t like it when I keep calling him uncle, which only makes it a lot more to call him so.

older, being a wolf means that I don’t age like humans do, I take a lot of time to show…anything. I don’t have wrinkles, and I don’t have any more skin breakdowns like I used to when I was a teenager. I just look like a really mature seventeen–year–old. I love being a wolf all of a sudden.
I’m still mated, duh, we mate for life, and Uncle Damian is my forever, the bitch can try and get rid of me, but I’m never letting him go, mine! Today, we’re traveling back to the compound where everything has started, the compound where me and my mom moved in with her mate, my stepfather, where I joined their school, went to their parties, made friends, and got mated, the mating mark on my shoulder stand witness to everything that happened.
We’re going back to visit my mother’s grave, she died from a heart attack, after going under a surgery to cut out a cancerous mass from her stomach without telling me, it’s not nice mother! But I forgave her for sending me away, I knew I couldn’t take the fear of knowing she’s going to die, but the trauma of her just dying, well it’s a cooler story to tell and even a better trauma.
It’s her tenth–year memorial, and we decided to go visit her, along with my stepfather and my stepmother Mia.
Yes, Wolf, aka Levent, has managed to find a second chance in life, and he’s mated all over again, with a woman named Mia, who had her fair share of traumas, and she has a young sister Noelle, who’s a mini version of me. We’re not related in any shape or form, we’re not even from the same pack, but Noelle is my miniature version, who knew that could happen, and there could be another copy of me running around this world.

stealing my Uncle’s car once, and almost breaking it, I have managed to take driving lessons, I have a license now, and I’m allowed to drive by the name of the law.
“I need a coffee,” I whined.
“She can’t have coffee,” Levent says.
“I can, and I want one.” I comment.
“Guys, don’t start fighting again,” My mate Damian groans, he’s standing like a peacemaker between me and his older brother, my stepfather.
“It’s how I show love,” I say out loud, making Mia smile.
“You can have coffee, Love, don’t worry about me,” Mia says.
“You’re carrying my little step–brother, we can get you decaf, you can’t be left out,” I say looking back at her, we’re taking turns, since Damian is driving I’m sitting in front next to him, and them two in the back.
“Lotus, you’re gonna be his aunt,” Wolf comments.
“I.prefer calling him little step brother,” I say with a smile, it drives Wolf insane, which makes me a lot more attached to the unborn baby.
“Let’s get the coffee guys,” Mia says and Damian nods, agreeing to take the next stop and get all of us some caffeinated drinks.
“Can I drive next?” I ask out loud.
“No!” everyone yells.

“Why not? I’m a great driver,” I object, my favourite hobby ever, objecting.
“Because you think you’re in fast and furious, and we’re not,” Wolf
says.
“You put my baby in danger,” Mia says.
“I love you Lotus Flower,” Damian says.
“Fine, let’s just get the coffee,” I say with a whine, I asked for the biggest most caffeinated drink they had, Mia had a decaf, and the guys had black coffee, soulless, I swear, but we keep their life interesting enough they don’t need to do that with coffee as well.
Another change of seating, and an extra two hours of driving, we made it, we drove straight toward the cemetery, I missed my mother so damn much, and it’s my chance to visit her and talk to her. Damian is going there with me, for emotional support, while Wolf and Mia are going there to pay respect for her, she’s the reason that they’re together, she gave them her blessing and told them to go ahead.
And now that they’re pregnant, they want to visit her and thank her once again for their new life, and maybe tell her how much they missed her. Although Mia never met her, she knows all about Victoria Green, and what a great mother she used to be, and I’m sure she’s going to be a good one as well.
We all stood up near her grave, the tears started to fall down on their own, ten years later, and it still hurt, missing her, loosing her, it still hurts and I doubt that it’ll ever stop hurting.
“I’m right here love,” Damian says, hugging me tight.
