“They were asking for me,” Mia starts, I don’t even believe we have another Mia in the pack.
“I know, but who are they?” Noelle asks.
“Before we tell you, Noelle, you’re part of this pack now, we’ll all put our lives out there to keep you and your sister safe, we’ll do anything to help you,” I say and she nods believing me, trusting me.
“It was Rex, he found me, and he probably knows you’re here as well,” Mia says.
“Duh, we’re sisters, where you are, I’ll be,” she says with a smile on her face.
“But the pack has our backs, you don’t have to worry about it,“Mia assures her sister.

“I’m with Noelle, he deserves it, and we’re sure that it won’t hurt you, so why not.” I assure her.
“Noelle. I need you to leave this up to them, you can’t get in the middle,” Mia orders her sister.
“You’re gonna be having some new friends staying along with you for the next couple days, don’t act suspicious of them, let them hang
. around with you, enjoy having friends,” I say to Noelle who nods her
head, agreeing.
“So what now?” Noelle asks us out loud.
“Now, we pretend that everything okay, I’ll be hanging around you two more often,” I say happily.
“Since you’re staying here, wanna watch a movie?” Noelle asks me.
“Sure, but nothing sad, I have enough of those,” I say making her giggle.
“Oh, no nothing like that, it’s the happy movies that get Mia to cry
actually,” she says with an evil smile, turning the TV on and putting a

“Really, you cry over happy endings?” I ask Mia as she sat next to me again after retrieving snacks from the kitchen.
“It’s just that they remind me that I had a bad ending in my story,” she says which kind of pissed me off.
“But your story isn’t over yet, you can’t judge the ending,” I say, wanting to be another chapter in her life and hoping she’d count me as
one too.
“You’re right, we can always flip the page for more adventures to come,” she says with her small smile, making my heart beat like crazy with happiness.
“Can I be the villain in someone’s story? I’ll make a great villain,” Noelle says sitting on the ground, joining the chat.
“She even got the evil laugh to go with her character,” Mia says making me smile, while Noelle frowned at the comment.
“I bet you’d be awesome Noelle, one day you’ll get the chance to give someone hell,” I say still playing along with the fact that she wants to be the villain.
“Just so you two know, even Lucifer used to be an angel, all villain stories start with their family being mean to them,” Noelle says with a big pout.
“Hey, then we’re doing our job perfectly,” her sister assures her, Noelle had enough of our teasing and started to watch TV, I was always on the receiving end of the teasing, never the one who gave it up, I just hope and wish that Noelle won’t be too mad or sad cause of it.
After the movie, I stayed, I didn’t have anything to do or anywhere to. go, so I stayed here with them, I even helped Mia make dinner, Noelle
