Zina was blissfully unaware that someone was headed straight for her. Loaded with snacks, she found a restaurant and settled in. She ordered a serving
of seafood stew.
She set down all the snacks she’d been carrying and eagerly began unwrapping them one by one.
After arranging all the food on the table, Zina stared at the colorful spread before her, her eyes shining with barely concealed hunger. She couldn’t wait to dig in.
Zina took off her mask and put it away. Then, unable to resist, she speared a piece of freshly fried potato with her fork and took a big bite, her eyes lighting up with anticipation.
The spicy kick exploded in her mouth, perfectly complemented by the tangy pickled radish cubes, absolutely delicious.
After tasting the potato, Zina cradled her giant cup of orange juice in both hands and took a big sip.
The orange pieces blended with their juice made her eyes crinkle with pleasure. Zina thought to herself, ‘Nothing beats the food back home.
Not even the best chefs abroad could recreate the authentic flavors of home.
And when Zina was abroad, her parents never let her eat these snacks. They always said they were bad for her health. But she was fully recovered now. As long as she was careful, there was nothing to worry about.
Setting down her orange juice, Zina picked up a forkful of cheesy spicy pasta and took a bite. The spicy heat spread through her mouth, instantly flushing her cheeks a rosy pink.
Zina thought, ‘So spicy. It’s way too spicy.‘ She quickly grabbed her orange juice and took two big gulps to cool her burning mouth.
“Here’s your seafood stew, dear. Careful, it’s hot. You’re such a pretty girl. I’m giving you some snacks on the house,” the madam said warmly.
The restaurant’s owner, a warm–hearted madam, set the steaming dish down in front of Zina.
“Thank you, Madam,” Zina said, putting down her orange juice and tidying up the slightly messy table.
“You’re welcome. You ordered so much just for yourself? Be careful–not all these different dishes mixed together might upset your stomach,” the madam said, eyeing the table piled high with food.
“Sure, madam,” Knowing the madam was kind, Zina replied with a grateful smile.
The madam had other things to attend to and left right after serving the dish.
Zina inhaled the mouthwatering aroma of the seafood stew, which had seafood and even vegetables among its ingredients. She grabbed a fork and a plate, picked out some, and set them aside to cool.
The street was bustling with people. Outside the bustling street, a black van pulled up. Yannis and Toby stepped out of the black van, surveying the bustling street before them.
Toby frowned slightly. This was the most famous street in town, always packed with crowds. Trying to find someone here was like searching for a needle
in a haystack.
“Mr. Perkins, the crowd is too dense, and our target is wearing a mask. This is going to be tough,” he said.
They only had a vague description, but there were far too many people in the street who matched it.
Yannis remained calm. “Let’s get a detailed description from that guy first.”
‘Crowded or not, we’re finding her,‘ Yannis said firmly. He wouldn’t miss a single chance to find her. ‘What if she’s out there waiting for me to find her?

Chapter 372
Toby sighed, “The informant said he’s at the first restaurant on the right side of the street.”
Yannis and Toby stepped into the bustling
t together. They quickly located the young man.
“What can I get you?” the young man said routinely as he flipped pancakes, the shade falling across his workspace.
“We’re the ones you contacted,” Toby said urgently. “What exactly does this person look like? Any distinctive features that would make her easy to spot?”
Time was of the essence, so Toby didn’t hesitate and got straight to the point.
Seeing Yannis, the head of the Perkins Group, in person, the you
man couldn’t contain his excitement.
“S–she had caramel–brown, slightly wavy hair,” the young man described carefully. “She looked really stylish and pretty, wearing a black beret, her hair in braided pigtails, an off–shoulder crop top, and a black skirt.”
Zina clearly came from money, and the young man couldn’t help but look a few times. Though her face was hidden, her fashionable outfit and striking aura made her truly stand out.
Most of all, it was those eyes, her whole face lit up the moment she spotted the mashed taro cake. So the young man took notice. As he looked more closely, he suddenly realized her eyes seemed strangely familiar.
“Any other distinguishing features?” Toby pressed.
Outfits like hers were everywhere in this crowded street. One could spot a hundred girls dressed the same just by walking around.
Yannis scanned the crowd ahead and said coldly, “Think carefully. I’ll add another 3,000.”
Since they were already here, they might as well try to find her.
The young man furrowed his brow, racking his brain. “I–I need a moment. Let me think-”
Yannis and Toby waited patiently without pressing him further.
The young man’s eyes lit up. “Ah, I just remembered,” he exclaimed. “She was carrying this really unique bag, covered in sparkling gemstones. It was absolutely gorgeous.”
Zina’s bag was quite distinctive, a purse absolutely covered in sparkling gems. It wasn’t clear whether those stones were real or fake.
Yannis gave a curt nod. “Your card numbers?”
Toby immediately pulled out his phone and transferred 3,000 to the young man’s account.
’33 thousand dollars just hit my account,‘ the young man marveled inwardly. ‘Being rich is awesome. He just made 33 thousand dollars for a bit of
information.‘
With the information secured, Yannis and Toby wasted no time entering the bustling street.
While searching, Yannis had Toby contact the street management to pull up the surveillance footage. Otherwise, if it were just the two of them, they’d be searching for her until the end of time.
“I’ve already contacted the person in charge here. They’re pulling up the surveillance footage for us now.” Toby hung up and reported to Yannis.
“Okay.” Yannis scanned the surroundings.
The street was packed with the crowd, teeming with an endless flow of people coming and going.
“Did you hear? There’s an insanely gorgeous girl up ahead. Quick, tet’s go see,” a voice sounded.
Nearby, two girls walked by arm in arm, chatting excitedly.

“OMG, I heard about her too. She’s drop–dead gorgeous, like a real–life Barbie doll. Her face is so perfect. It’s like God totally played favorites when making her.”
The two girls were practically buzzing with excitement.
“Totally. Even in this bustling street, just her sitting there instantly elevates the whole place, like the restaurants around her suddenly got ten times
classier.”

“Come on, hurry up. I heard that the seafood stew restaurant is already packed. If we don’t get there soon, we probably won’t even be able to squeeze
in.”
“That girl looks so adorable when she eats. I just can’t help but want to call her darling in my heart.”
“Can you believe that girl with the diamond–studded bag is eating at our regular little diner? That’s insane. And she’s enjoying it so much.”
At first, Yannis and Toby paid little attention to the girls chatting as they walked by. But when they overheard them mention the diamond–studded bag and the wealthy girl, both men immediately perked up.
Toby turned to Yannis. “Mr. Perkins, should we check it out? That might be that girl.”
Yannis looked ahead and said decisively, “Let’s check it out.”
A crowd had gathered up ahead, with people even forming a line. Either way, they had to check it out. Yannis and Toby pressed forward together.
“Shh. Keep it down. Don’t disturb our sweetie queen up front. OMG, she’s so adorable. I wish I could be that food in her hands.”
“I want to be that straw she’s sucking on. I want her to bite me.”
