Chapter 109
Ahhhhh“, I bite down as another wave of pain hits me.
“How far apart are they?” The man asks me.
“About five minutes now, I think.”
“You’re close then. We need to check how dilated you are.”
“What?! No! You’re not doing anything like that! I don’t know you! I have a doctor, a plan. I need to get out of here!”
His hand gently but with no room for argument guides me to the bed to sit down and he kneels in front of me.
“My name is Daniel. I believe you might know my son…Tony.”
“What the fuck?!” My eye’s I’m sure are blown so wide they might pop out of my head. “No! Tony’s father is dead!”
“That is what Alexander wanted everyone to believe, yes.” He runs a hand down his face. “He threatened my wife. She was inside the house that night. He used a decoy body and lit it on fire so it wouldn’t be recognizable and forced me to go with him. I’ve been at one of his homes in Russia. At first, I tried to escape, a lot, but after a lot of failed attempts and beatings, I gave up and tried to gain his trust to escape that way. After you killed of more than half his men last time, he had no choice but to bring people like me here to use. I guess I finally gained enough trust.”
“Holy shit…Ahhhhh.” He grabs my hand. “Squeeze as hard as you want.” After a few minutes of pain, it subsides and I’m able to think again.
“This is Luciano’s baby, right? I heard you’re Donna now.”
“Well that’s a long story, Daniel, but actually, they’re triplets.”
“Triplets? Wow. He got you good.” He laughs and I laugh a little with him.
“One of these triplets is actually your grandson.”
It’s his turn for his eyes to almost bug out of his head and I laugh a little more.
“Luciano, Luca, Tony and I, well we’re all together. Each one of the babies is fathered by each one of them.”
“Holy shit…” He runs his hand over his bald head and down his face. “I’m going to be a Nonno.”
“Yes you are. But we need to get out of here for this to happen.”
“We can’t. There are guards everywhere, and you’re in labor if you haven’t noticed.”
“Oh, trust me. I noticed.” I grunt as another contraction hits me. “Fuck!”
“We need to see how dilated you ar Trust me, I don’t want to be doing this, but I have a slight clue on what I’m doing, and I think I’m all you’ve got at this point.” I nod and allow him to help me shuffle to the middle of the bed.
“Fucckkkkkkk!” The contractions are so close together now. I rush to hike my dress up and shove my pantie down. All my insecurities are out the window now.

Chapter 109
Oh shit!” Daniel says from the end of the bed.
“What?!”
I can see a head. Fuck. Okay, hold on, 1 need to wash my hands.” He runs out the door and is back in less than a minute with towels and I ace clean hands.
“Daniel! I think I need to push!”
“Alright, honey, okay, let’s do this!”
I smile at him and laugh. “You know, that’s what your so
always calls me.”
He grabs my hand and brushes some hair off my sweating face.
“I’m so fucking honored to be here with you. Don’t get me wrong, I’m scared shitless, but after all these years away, to come back and be here to deliver my grandson and my best friend’s babies. Geeze, it’s a fucking good day.”
