Chapter 7
Margery panics, covers her face, and flees in complete humiliation.[]
And me? I’m too blissfully focused on my upcoming wedding to give a damn about this pathetic little scene.
My wedding day arrives quickly.[]
Silas throws me the most spectacular traditional ceremony. []
Every step of the ritual is solemn and sacred, like heaven and earth themselves are witnessing our union.[]
Just as the ceremony is wrapping up, someone bursts in shouting: “I object! I object!“]
All the guests turn to stare in curiosity.
It’s Callum.
He looks like he just got out of jail – buzz cut and everything.[]
He’s clutching a bouquet and stumbling toward me.]]
Silas’s security immediately blocks him.

Callum drops to his knees, holding up the flowers with this pathetic “romantic” expression: “Elara, I just got out of jail and heard you were getting married.”
“Can you give me one more chance to win you back?”
I look at him like he’s completely lost his mind.[]
Silas whispers in my ear: “This embarrassing loser is what you used to date?“]]
I blush slightly: “Everyone has their blind moments.“[]
Silas and I are whispering and pointing at Callum like we’re watching a circus act.[]
A flash of anger crosses Callum’s face.
But it disappears quickly. He throws the flowers down and starts slapping himself, hitting hard while shouting: “Elara, I’m sorry! I hurt you before!“]]
“Elara, I’m sorry! I never considered your feelings!“[]
“Elara, I divorced Vivienne! You’re the only one for me now!“]
“Elara, please give me another chance! Forgive me!“]
Instead of answering him, I turn to my bridesmaids: “Ladies, let this be a lesson to you all.“[]

Chapter 7
“That pathetic thing on the ground? Textbook toxic ex. Learn from my mistakes.“]
Everyone laughs.
The entire room looks at Callum with pure contempt. He’s become a complete joke.
Nobody finds his wedding crash romantic or brave – just pathetic and shameless.[]
Callum still won’t give up, desperately trying to win my forgiveness.
Silas waves his hand and security drags Callum out immediately.[]
Our wedding continues without missing a beat. I can feel nothing but love and blessings from every single guest.]
After our honeymoon, I gradually hear updates about Callum.[]
He only got out of jail because Margery sold their house and emptied their savings to pay back the company.[]
They’re completely broke now.
After Silas’s bodyguards threw him out of our wedding, Callum tried to break back in.[]
This time they didn’t hold back – they broke his leg.
Callum limped home only to run into his old friends.]
Every single one of them had gone bankrupt – selling houses, taking out predatory loans – just to pay the damages from that day and get out of jail.[]
They don’t dare mess with my family or the Everharts, so they took all their rage out on Callum.]
After all, it was his wedding, and they only attacked me to defend him and Vivienne…]]
So they cornered him, demanding he pay them back.]
But where the hell would Callum get that kind of money? When they realized he was broke, they beat the shit out of him.[]
