(Go far away) -Chapter21
Clara remained unaware of everything. She was determined to cut all ties with her past.
In the Forest of Norway, there is a cabin. Clara was painting winter landscapes and sipping coffee. Her cat was purring on her lap
A knock came at the door. It was Lisa, her landlady, with cookies. Lisa mentioned seeing an ad Ethan put online. She delicately asked if Clara had seen it. Clara said it was not her.
Than, Lisa mentioned the desperate video posted by Ethan’s parents.
Clara replied calmly that everyone has their own life and shouldn’t be sacrificed for someone else.
Christmas Eve arrived. Lisa invited Clara to her home for dinner with her brother, George. Clara went there with flowers and coffee.
While decorating the Christmas tree, Lisa complained about how forgetful George was
Just then, George arrived with Christmas lights. He saw Clara and was stunned. Lisa called him over to help carry the turkey.
He handed Clara the lights, his cheeks flushed. Later that evening, George told Clara how he felt and asked if she could be his girlfriend.

She declined, stating that she would eventually go far away.
