“It’s not as fun as it used to be, when I was back there with you, it was fun, I loved how you’d be jealous of the ducks,” she says with a sigh, her smile felt forced on her face now.

“Lotus would be sad, Damian, your parents, the beta, others,” she says but I shrugged, although I’d miss them all but they’ll survive, they’ll have each other to get through my death.
“What about Mia?” she asks me in a challenging voice, Mia, I kind of forgotten about, her but as soon as she mentioned her name, I was hit back with all of my memories of Mia, of how we met, how we were there for each other during the misery days.
I was falling in love with Mia, but that’s betraying Victoria, and I shouldn’t do that, it’s Victoria that my mate, and I can’t fall in love with someone else. But then I remembered how I ended up here, we had to hunt Mia down, we went from door to door until we found a shop that have cameras that took footage of her getting in a beat up car.
Next, we used one of the pack members‘ connections, he had to call a million favours to locate the car, some of the things we did to find it were illegal, but who cares.
