“You’re acting weird,” my little sister Noelle accuses me, I just gave her a shrug, not really answering her.
“What’s going on with you Mimi?” my sister asks again, coming closer to me, refusing to take no for an answer.
“I’m acting weird how?” I ask her, how the hell am I acting weird, for a little sister, she’s very observant and tend to notice everything.
“You’re smiling, and I swear I caught you looking at the mirror practising your smiling,” she says, making me turn bloody red, how the hell did she catch all of that.
“How…” I say with a groan.
“We sleep in the same room, sister, you think it’s hard for me to catch it?” she asks me.
“It’s hard to hide anything from you and sleeping in the same room doesn’t make it easier,” I whined.
“Could you imagine having your own room, who would hold your hand at night when you get scared,” she says, making fun of me, even back in my parents home, we shared a room for many years when she was young, and then I moved out and came back in.
“If I remember correctly, you’re the younger baby and I’m the one who used to hold your hand, and not the other way around,” I say trying to get back on the higher ground.

“They are low maintenance,” I say, explaining why I’d prefer a cat.
“Yes, but dog is hyper and happy and you need happiness,” she says.
“I can’t take an energetic dog jumping up and above my head, I have you for that,” I say, answering her.
“Mimi, for real,” she says lifting her nose up at my answer, but I just shrugged, she’s the most hyper wolf I know around, and she’s always jumping around me.
