The next morning, I helped my mate make breakfast for the daughter, I hoped that food would put me on her better side, but the little bitch was still bitching, I hated her.

But then I decided that her bitchiness is just her way of showing love, instead of getting angry or hurt, I’d tease back, I joined the club, and our relation started to get better after that.
I mean the war between us, it became mutual, although she still didn’t like me, and she was nothing like I would have imagined having a daughter, I hoped for love and affection and all I got was a teasing war that’s never going to end.
“Will she ever like me?” I whined.
“She adores you, maybe when she’s no longer a teenager,” Viki says with a shrug, she’s in the dark just as much as me when it comes to her daughter.

Turns out the lost mate we’re looking for is my brother, and the fever and almost dying got her to forget all about the night of her sickness, she forgot that we knew, and we pretended that we didn’t know, as long as my brother was around, she’s okay, and she’s safe.
That’s all that matter to Victoria which meant it all that matters to me, I was so happy that my mate is happy and my brother is there to take care of our daughter, she might never count me as her father, but in my eyes, she’s a daughter to me.
I left the taking care of the Flower to my brother, he got her now and she got him, all I had to focus on was my own mate, I planned on spoiling her, taking her everywhere she wanna go, and buying her everything.
