Eliza rushed over to Justin, who was still on his knees.

His eyes were swollen and red, and his cheeks were wet with tears. When he heard her voice, he glared at her and slapped her hard.

She hit the floor, holding her face, completely shocked.

“Justin, what are you doing? Why did you hit me?” Eliza widened her eyes, and tears streamed down her cheeks. She looked heartbroken.

Back then, if Justin had seen her cry like that, he probably would’ve pulled her into his arms and tried to comfort her.

But now? His mind was full of Lillian. Eliza didn’t matter to him anymore.

“Get lost!” he snapped, not even sparing her a look. He grabbed his phone and called his assistant. “Find Lillian. I want her address now.”

There was a short pause, then the assistant got right to work.

As soon as he got the info, Justin grabbed his car keys and ran out the door, ignoring Eliza’s attempts to stop him.

“Justin! Wait, my stomach hurts!”

He didn’t stop or even look back.

Abel had the wedding dress flown in overnight. It was one he had picked out a long time ago.

I was at the bridal shop, trying it on. He stood next to me, completely quiet-but the love in his eyes said everything.

I felt my cheeks heat up and blushed.

“Abel, what do you think? Does it still look the same as before?

“I feel like I might’ve gained a little weight.”

As I spoke, I pinched my stomach without thinking.

Abel shook his head in disapproval.

“Don’t say that. I want you to eat more and gain some weight. You’re still too skinny.

“You’d look even better with a little extra.”

I laughed. Only Abel would think that getting chubbier was a good thing for me.

“Only you would say something like that.”

We were talking when I suddenly heard the bodyguards trying to hold someone back.

“Sir, you can’t come in. Please stop!”

Then, I heard Justin yelling, “Get lost! Don’t block me!”

Abel subconsciously shielded me behind him.

Not long after, Justin forced his way through the bodyguards, holding a box tightly in his hand.

The moment I saw that box, I froze.

“Lillian, why didn’t you answer my call? I couldn’t find you anywhere,” he said, stepping forward like he was going to grab me, but Abel blocked his path.

That was when he finally noticed the man standing beside me.

Abel and I were dressed in matching outfits, and we looked perfect together.

Justin’s eyes turned bloodshot, and his face twisted with emotion. He reached out like he was about to pull me into his

arms.

“Lillian, I read everything you sent me. I messed up.

“I blamed the wrong people and did a lot of terrible things.”

He looked desperate, clearly wanting my forgiveness.

But to me, it was just pathetic. I sneered.

“So what? What’s the point of you telling me this now?

“Can my dad and grandma come back to life?”

I grabbed some makeup nearby and threw it at him. The bottles shattered, and a mix of foundation and blood ran down his face.

Justin just stood there, frozen and completely lost.

Then, he dropped to his knees in front of me and bowed his head.

“Lillian, I know I was wrong.

“Please don’t be so heartless. Let me try to make things right.”
