Kellie was thrown into an empty garage, her eyes covered with a blindfold. Despite her intense fear, she still managed to threaten through her trembling voice. “Do you know who I am? I’m with Adam. You’d better release me, or he won’t let you off!”
Adam responded with a chilling laugh. A bodyguard stepped up and removed the blindfold from her eyes. The moment Kellie saw the private investigator nearby, her confusion turned to sheer terror.
Adam tapped on a stack of photos in his hand before scattering them across the floor. The pictures depicted Kellie in compromising situations with various men, their poses and glazed looks too obscene to look at.
Kellie thrashed on the floor, scrambling to hide the photos. “They’re fake! Completely Al–generated! Adam, don’t trust them!”
A pair of luxurious handmade leather shoes silenced her cries by pressing against her lips. Adam leaned down, placing a finger over his own lips in a quieting gesture. Despite his calm appearance, there was a chilling menace about him, as if a devil were masquerading as a man.
“Kellie, did you take pleasure in deceiving us? Hmm?
“Since this mouth only tells lies, it has no further use.”
What else puzzled Kellie? She started laughing maniacally, twisting like a snake with its tongue flicking. “Why did Sophia earn the Hacith family’s favor? I did everything I could to be kind and smart to win Mom and Dad’s love. What did she have that I didn’t? Tell me, why!

With the gaze of a cornered animal, he spoke softly, “Your face resembles hers too much. Don’t use this face to speak or act anymore. She will think that it’s dirty.”
A cold blade kissed her cheek. Kellie’s eyes widened in terror as she realized Adam Lu had lost his sanity long ago!

The blade cut deeply into the flesh, revealing the bone beneath. Adam’s voice softened as he spoke, “Since you’re fond of spreading nasty rumors, why not enjoy the company of the ‘men‘ I’ve gathered for you?”
A swarm of beggars poured into the garage, their eyes filled with greed as they gazed at the woman on the floor. With leering grins, they rubbed their hands and moved closer. Kellie shook with fear, desperately kicking her legs to back away. “No! Filth! Keep your filthy hands off me. Stay away!”
