Chapter 291
Sebastian kissed her deeply, not breaking the embrace for what felt like forever.
When he finally pulled away to grab a condom, Abigail lay there, her body limp, wrapped up in the sheets, her clothes barely hanging on
When he came back, he took her hand and placed it over his abs. “You wanted to touch them last time, right? Go ahead, feel all you want.”
His voice was low and full of desire, his breath warm against her skin.
Abigail hesitated, feeling the hard heat of his stomach beneath her fingers. She tried to pull away, but Sebastian held her hand there, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.
He put the condom between his teeth and leaned closer, his tone playful but hungry. “If you’re going to touch, you better do it fast. Soon, I might not have the energy for it.”
“There’ll be plenty of chances later,” she murmured, pinching his abs teasingly.
He shuddered at the sensation, his body tense as he struggled to keep his composure.
Abigail watched him, her gaze drawn to the emotion that shimmered in his red–rimmed eyes, her heart fluttering with a mix of nerves and anticipation.
The rest of the night was a blur. Abigail had no clear recollection of what exactly happened, only that the world seemed to spin, and the lights swayed violently.
When she awoke the following morning, it was unusually late.
The shrill ring of her phone shattered the quiet, pulling her from her slumber.
In a daze, she grabbed the blanket and sat up. Reaching for her phone on the bedside table, she pressed the answer button with haste.
“Mmm… overslept,” she mumbled, her voice raw and hoarse, as though she had caught a cold.
Her words hung in the air as she absentmindedly bit her lip.
Last night had been unforgettable. Sebastian’s prowess had surpassed her expectations, and their first time together had unfolded in a whirlwind of passion.
“Are you feeling sick?” came the voice of the head of the R&D department on the other end of the line.
“No, just a sore throat. I’ll be at the office in half an hour,” Abigail replied, reaching for her clothes.
At that moment, Sebastian’s hand settled around her waist. His touch was bold, unashamed, as it wandered freely.
Abigail ignored it, focusing instead on gathering the clothes she had left scattered across the floor.
“Alright,” she said shortly.
After the call ended, Abigail turned to find Sebastian still lying half–reclined, his eyes half–lidded with exhaustion, “Half an hour enough?” he asked, his voice tinged with drowsiness.
“Take a shower, change, and head straight to the office. Half an hour should be plenty,” Abigail answered.
“You didn’t have breakfast,” he reminded her, a note of concern in his voice.
“Then buy it for me. It’s not like they’ll stop you at my company,” Abigail said with a casual wave of her hand, before standing up and turning her back to
him to dress.

Sebastian caught sight of the proof of his handiwork, a satisfied grin spreading across his lips. With a soft chuckle, he pushed himself into a sitting position. “Alright, I’ll get you breakfast.”
“Fine,” Abigail responded with a quick nod before heading for the bathroom.
Sebastian slipped into his sleep pants, grabbed his phone, and ordered breakfast from the café James frequented. Then, stretching with a yawn, he got up and started cleaning up the mess they had made the night before.
They had been so lost in the moment that sleep had only come around four in the morning.
When Abigail returned from the shower, she found Sebastian still hunched over, mopping the floor.
Noticing the scratches on his back, she walked toward the closet, opened it, and casually asked, “Does it hurt?”
“What’s wrong?” Sebastian still didn’t realize the extent of the scratches on his back.
“You’ve got some marks on your back. I’ll fix my nails later,” Abigail said, a hint of embarrassment creeping into her voice.
She wasn’t even sure when she had scratched him last night.
“It doesn’t hurt. I don’t even feel it. Don’t worry about it,” Sebastian dismissed her concern with a smile. “This afternoon, I’ll take you to the salon. Do you like getting your nails done?”
“What, do you want me to scratch you harder next time?” Abigail asked, pulling out an outfit from the closet.
“Spicy,” Sebastian teased with a playful grin.
“Go away,” Abigail said, her face flushing crimson as she removed her sleepwear.
As she reached for her underwear, Sebastian put the mop down and walked up behind her, gently taking the clothes from her hands and helping her put
them on.
Leaning into his embrace, Abigail sighed. “I told you not to bite my neck. Look at this mess. Now I have to walk around trying to cover it up.”
“Next time, I’ll be more careful,” Sebastian’s voice was soft, filled with tenderness.
Once he had dressed her, he pressed a kiss to her cheek.
“Don’t you feel disgusted? The marks on my face are still there, Abigail said, remembering his mention of the beauty salon and wondering if he had been bothered by her markings.
“Honestly, I’m not disgusted. But I did notice that you seemed to care more about it last night. Every time I kissed them, you would shy away,” Sebastian answered.
Abigail frowned. “Forget it. When you bring breakfast, I’ll explain, but there’s no time now.”
Sebastian watched as she hurried to finish getting ready. Her hair was still damp, and she rushed out, grabbing her bag anu,
one.
But after only a few steps, she turned back. “If you have some time this afternoon, check on the cats. We haven’t been home all night. They’ll miss you.”
“Alright,” Sebastian chuckled, unable to resist her charm.
Abigail was too adorable. She could forget everything, but the cats were always on her mind.
As Sebastian finished cleaning up, he considered telling his friends about the last night. Despite any doubts they might have had, he was perfectly fine.
